The Jacksonville Professional Chapter of SISTUHS, Incorporated was chartered on November 8, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida. The chartering members of this chapter consist of 14 Highly Educated Queens who were previously inducted from other collegiate and professional chapters of SISTUHS, Incorporated.

These 14 substantial members felt that there was a need to have this organization which made a positive impact on their lives during their collegiate years and bring it to the city of Jacksonville.  The need to bring more change and create an impact in the city caused them all to come together and showcase what SISTUHS, Incorporated can do.  The Jacksonville Professional Chapter of SISTUHS, Incorporated focuses on the purpose of the organization in serving the community in all aspects.
